ITS-Cassettes N4 to N7

The ITS cassettes are available with 2 different interface variants: VPC or Pylon. The N4 cassette is only available with Pylon Interface due to its size. The cassette types are customized according to the test head types. Thus, an N5 VPC cartridge fits into an N5 VPC test head only.

The Nx cassettes are already equipped by default with a hub counter. They also offer space for the integration of customer-specific additional hardware, such as relay cards, marking systems, sensor electronics or pneumatic actuators. The cassettes have ESD-compliant surfaces. The different types of test heads and cassettes are the answer to a variety of different module sizes in the electronics industry.
