ISCM TDK-TAD2142/4142 (C35)

The CompactRIO module ā€œIntelligent Sensor Calibration Moduleā€ (C35) developed by CGS can program and calibrate up to 2 TDK TAD2142/4142 sensors. In addition, the module can read the data via SENT/ SPC/PWM on channel 1 and 2 in parallel. This is also possible if the sensors output their data via different protocols, or if 1 channel is in programming mode and the other is decoding SENT. e.g. sensor 1 performs programming and sensor 2 performs SENT decoding.

The computing power for the complex programming routine and SENT/SPC decoding is provided by an FPGA installed in the module. The FPGA of the CompactRIO chassis is only used for communication with the CGS module. This allows up to 8 intelligent modules per chassis to be operated. The module is available for calibrating different sensors from several manufacturers. A list of supported sensors can be sent on request. The ISCM supports the SENT standards SAE J2716. The sensors are powered through the cRIO module, connected to an external power supply (10-36 V, not included).

The CompactRIO module ā€œIntelligent Sensor Calibration Moduleā€ (C33) developed by CGS can program and calibrate up to 2 Allegro ACS7031x sensors. In addition, the module can read the Analog data from the sensor on channels 1 and 2 in parallel with up to 500kS/s speed.

The CompactRIO module ā€œIntelligent Sensor Calibration Moduleā€ (C24) developed by CGS can program and calibrate up to 3 Infineon TLE4973 sensors. In addition, the module can also read the data via the analog lines for up to 3 channels in parallel. This is also possible if the sensors output their data via different protocols, or if 1 channel is in programming mode and the other is in Analog mode. e.g. sensor channel 1 performs programming and sensor 2 performs ANALOG decoding as far as the sensor supply lines are separate for each sensor.

In addition, the module can read the data via SENT and PWM on channel 1 and 2 in parallel. This is also possible if the sensors output their data via different protocols, e.g. sensor 1 is to be programmed and sensor 2 uses PWM interface.
