PWR4

The PWR4 card is the central power distributor of the MFTR-520 unit. It connects the power supplies and electronic loads to the HC-bus (High current bus) and DUT (Device-Under-Test). Additionally it is used for connecting the EL6 card and/or LQI26 card, which can be switched to the HC-bus as also to the LC-bus (Low current bus). It has integrated 8 shunt resistors to measure current at the same time for all 6 power supply lines to the DUT and to the HC-Bus (accuracy 0.2%).*

The Power4 card upgrades the MFTS500 system to a MFTS501 system, which is the successor of the LB302/303 system.

* Please note: For currents < 1A or higher accuracy (< 0,1%), the CGS card LQI26 is needed.
